Based on our meeting, we provide a quote for a set of services with prices that will help you achieve your goals, along with a few options for the package. For example, some clients may only need compliance and tax services, while others might be ready to book a strategy session with accountability. Once we agree on the chosen package, we will begin that journey with you as your strategic partner.
Month 1: The Handover
The first month is all about transition. Once you sign up, we take care of all the necessary administrative tasks, including gathering information from your earlier accountant. We set clear expectations for our services to ensure you know exactly what is coming next.
Month 2: The Check-In
By the second month, we get to know you, your team, and your business even better. We review historical data and answer any questions you might have, ensuring we have all the details needed to provide excellent service.
Month 3: Strategy Session
The third month is where the magic happens. If you chose to do a strategy session with us then we work with you in a full day interactive workshop, we first start with the end in mind, focusing on your long-term success and begin working on clarifying your vision, your purpose, your core values, high level financials and we set three to four goals for the next 12 month alongside a 90 day action plan. We will also set up any training and support needs to make sure you’re set up for success.
Months 4-8: The Work Begins
Now, it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get to work. During these months, we provide agreed supplementary services i.e.
